Before launching Kendra Creative, I had a colourful career working in and around the traditional ‘9 to 5’; and what I missed most wasn’t the job titles or the structure. It was the energy. The camaraderie. The spontaneous chats and sense of momentum that come from being surrounded by people.
As a brand strategist and marketer working with small businesses, I see the gap often. Not just a need for a place to cowork, but a place that provides support, connection, and more. So I built a place that offers both!

I built ko&co workhub for people like me. People who want to work well, do meaningful work, and feel part of something bigger. While I love that I have stepped away from the tradition of the 9 to 5 to build my own business, I still miss the meerkat moments. The chats. The buzz. The shared momentum. So I created a space that brings that back. It’s not about escaping the 9 to 5. It’s about building something better. Together.
It’s an open-plan coworking space in South Melbourne, just like the original hubs.
No private offices for rent, but we do have meeting rooms for client calls, team chats, workshops, and those days you just need quiet focus away from home.
