Our meeting rooms are designed for clarity, creativity and conversation, without the hotel carpet or fluorescent lighting! Our light-filled, boutique South Melbourne workhub offers three distinct rooms, as well as our entire ‘gathering space’.

Whether you’re leading a workshop, pitching to clients or planning your next move, ko&co gives you the space to think clearly, connect meaningfully and get work done beautifully.

We can also help you plan and facilitate your next offsite, brand strategy day or creative workshop — drawing on decades of experience in events, brand strategy, design thinking and creative facilitation (yes, even LEGO Serious Play). You bring the ideas and thinking; we’ll bring the structure, energy and space to explore them.

Queen's Gambit (Boardroom) up to 10 people

Our signature space for strategy, board meetings and big decisions. Includes: Natural light, TV screen, video conferencing, whiteboard, Complimentary T2 tea, Illy coffee, nourishing light snacks from our kitchen.

The Leap Workshop Room up to 6 people

Bright, open and collaborative. Your go-to space for creative workshops, project kick-offs or regular meetings. Includes: Natural light, TV screen, video conferencing, a full wall that's a whiteboard, Complimentary T2 tea, Illy coffee, nourishing light snacks from our kitchen.

The Looking Glass Focus Room up to 4 people

Small, quiet and considered. Ideal for coaching, mentoring, or solo deep-dives. Includes: Soft lighting, complimentary T2 tea, Illy coffee, nourishing light snacks from our kitchen.

The Gathering Space (Full Hub Hire)

When you need more room to think, connect, or celebrate, ko&co transforms into The Gathering Space. Ideal for workshops, day retreats and after hours business events that deserve better than a boardroom or hotel function room. After-hours and weekend hire only. Reach out to discuss your plans.
