Hello, I'm Kendra

I’ve spent more than 25 years working across brand strategy, marketing and visual communication — long enough to remember fax machines, print proofs, and the days when decisions took longer simply because there was no such thing as email.

 

My career started in design studios and marketing agencies, where ideas were debated before they were designed. Strategy came first. Design followed. Things were built deliberately.

 

Over the years, I’ve worked inside organisations, alongside founders, and built my own business. Different industries, different environments, but always the same curiosity about how ideas turn into something people recognise, trust and connect with.

 

At heart, I’m a thinker and a maker. Perhaps that’s because I have a science degree and a Master’s in Visual Communication. Overachiever? Maybe.

 

Although if you’d seen my lab coat at university, you probably could have guessed I was destined for design.

Turns out science and design aren’t that different. Both are really about curiosity and figuring out how things work.

 

I like asking good questions, noticing patterns others miss, and helping people untangle complicated ideas until the real story underneath becomes clear.

 

It’s deeply human work. Brands aren't just logos or campaigns; they’re reflections of someone’s ambition, their work, and the care they’ve poured into building something meaningful.

 

Outside of work, you’ll find me chasing the sun, drinking strong coffee (or a very good glass of Chablis), and quietly appreciating how often good design makes life easier... and how bad design makes it unnecessarily hard.
