Our Story

ko&co workhub started with a simple need – a place to work that wasn’t home, a noisy café, or a pub (as much as I love a good rosé, it’s not exactly the most productive setting).

Running my design and marketing agency, Kendra Creative, I have met clients in places that aren’t designed for… work!

The final straw? I was hosting a workshop in my courtyard and realised I had to talk faster as the sun crept in, and soon, we’d be squinting and sweating. That was the moment I knew, there had to be a better way.

Before going out alone, I’ve been lucky to work in some amazing organisations and workplaces.

Workplaces, where colleagues popped their heads up like Meerkats to share ideas, where belly laughs over inside jokes, were just as common as getting sh*t done and where at the end of a long week, we would roll out the drinks cart blasting Dolly Parton ‘9 to 5’.

But most importantly, I knew what it felt like to have a community at work.

If you had a question, someone would help to answer it, if you needed to vent, some had an ear and if you just needed to focus, you could throw on your headphones and no one would disturb you.

After 30+ years working in sales, marketing and design, I decided to build that space myself. I know I work better with people around me, and I’m pretty sure most of you do, too.

That’s how ko&co workhub was born.

A coworking space that feels like a workplace, with all the good bits and none of the corporate nonsense.

A place where you can focus, collaborate, and enjoy the workday without the isolation of working from home or the chaos of the pub (I mean coffee shop)!

The SPACE

It’s an open-plan space, just like the original coworking hubs. This means there are no private offices for rent, but we have meeting rooms for meetings! And client calls, team chats, or when you need a little quiet focus time.

It’s an old-meets-new-space! An office for 13+ years, now transformed into ko&co workhub. And the best part? Both companies before us outgrew it, which means this place already knows what it feels like to grow. Just imagine the energy that brings to your business.
